Lenana School is a secondary school in Nairobi, Kenya. It was formed in 1949 by colonial governor Philip Euen Mitchell.
The school has been perfoming very well in Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) exams. In 2018 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), the school managed to register 248 candidates and also managed to score a mean grade of B+ with an index in perfomance of 70.333.
